Carhartt WIP offers a straightforward return process for all items purchased through our online store within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at a local drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
